Problem Ordering Tickets
If you are having challenges with Ticket Leap read the following. If this doesn't help, please email me directly at alex (dot) geana @ gmail (dot) com and I'll send you a link to my paypal account.
Please note that one of the following reasons may have caused the transaction process to fail.
1. Billing address: Please enter the billing address where bank statements are delivered
2. Security code: Please read information below.
SECURITY CODE INFORMATION:
Visa, Master Card or Discover - 3 digit number: ONLY use the 3 digit number that follows a four digit number. That first set of numbers is NOT the security code but the last four digits of the credit card
To verify that you are using the correct numbers turn the card over and compare those numbers and they will indeed be the last four numbers on the front of the card.
American Express – 4 Digit (front of card): Security code located on the front of the card above the credit card numbers
